The Western Hills Cougars (Fort Worth, TX) basketball felled the visiting Benbrook Bobcats (Benbrook, TX), 49-35 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cougars (4-18) will now prepare for their test against Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX). The Wildcats go into the 4A Region II District 9 test with a 3-15 record. In their last test, Dunbar was beaten by Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX), 50-44, in a league test.
The Bobcats now own a 6-15 record. They play next when they host Diamond Hill-Jarvis for a 4A Region II District 9 test on Friday, January 6. Benbrook will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 72-27 league loss to Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-14.
