The Gilbert Tigers basketball team (Gilbert, IA), dropped 68-52 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays (Bondurant, IA)
The Bluejays now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Polk for a Raccoon River battle on Friday, January 6. Bondurant-Farrar will confront a Comets team coming off a 57-53 league loss to Ballard (Huxley, IA). The Comets record now stands at 5-1.
The Tigers (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Boone (Boone, IA). The Toreadors come into the Raccoon River battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Boone dropped by Carroll (Carroll, IA), 57-25, in a league battle.
