Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Steel Valley trounces Brentwood

The Steel Valley Ironmen (Munhall, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Brentwood Spartans (Pittsburgh, PA), 77-54 in Tuesday's league test.
The Ironmen (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA). The Chargers go into the WPIAL 3A 2 test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart walloped Sto-Rox (McKees Rocks, PA), 54-47, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they host South Park for a WPIAL 3A 2 test on Friday, January 6. Brentwood will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 63-55 league loss to Keystone Oaks (Pittsburgh, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
