Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA), 64-53 in a league bout.

With the victory, Crescenta Valley upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Burbank (Burbank, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a Pacific bout on Thursday, January 5. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 5-11. Burbank lost 58-44 in their recent league bout against Pasadena (Pasadena, CA)

Next up, the Bears play the Glendale Nitros (Glendale, CA) in a Pacific bout, on Thursday, January 5. Burroughs will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Nitros come into the bout with a 9-11 record after their 67-63 league loss to Muir (Pasadena, CA).
