With the victory, Center upgrades its record to 16-3 on the campaign. The Roughriders host Gilmer (Gilmer, TX) to play the Buckeyes in a 4A Region III District 17 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Buckeyes come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Gilmer won 75-72 in their recent league challenge against Carthage (Carthage, TX)

Next up, the Panthers play the Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX) in a 4A Region III District 17 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Spring Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 97-29 non-league win over All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX).
