Northeast Vernon County Knights (Walker, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Chilhowee Indians (Chilhowee, MO), 81-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Northeast Vernon County upgrades its record to 2-9 on the season. The Knights host Golden City (Golden City, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Golden City lost 57-56 in their recent non-league bout against Rich Hill (Rich Hill, MO)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Kingsville Tigers (Kingsville, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Chilhowee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
