Christian Brothers Academy Brothers (Albany, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Green Tech Eagles (Albany, NY), 47-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Christian Brothers Academy upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Brothers host Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY) to play the Eagles in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue bout on Friday, January 6. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 4-4. Bethlehem Central lost 65-59 in their recent non-league bout against Tamarac (Troy, NY)

Next up, the Eagles play the Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Green Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
