Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) and the visiting Wootton Patriots (Rockville, MD), saw Churchill's basketball squad overcome Wootton by a tally of 69-53.

With the victory, Churchill improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Whitman (Bethesda, MD) to confront the Vikings in a Montgomery 4A South challenge on Monday, January 9. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 8-1.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Magruder Colonels (Rockville, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Wootton will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record.
