Illinois High School Basketball - DeKalb can't hold off Lutheran

The Lutheran Crusaders basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting DeKalb Barbs to 76 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Boone for a Big Northern contest on Friday, January 6. Lutheran will battle a Vikings team coming off a 49-32 non-league loss to South Beloit (South Beloit, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 9-6.
The Barbs (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Champaign Central (Champaign, IL). The Maroons come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record.
