East Forsyth Broncos (Gainesville, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), 66-18 in a league bout.

With the win, East Forsyth upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season. The Broncos host Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA) to clash with the Jaguars in a AAAA Region 8B bout on Friday, January 6. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 1-10. Cedar Shoals lost 63-54 in their recent league bout against North Oconee (Bogart, GA)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) in a AAAA Region 8B bout, on Friday, January 6. Johnson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 54-46 league loss to Madison County (Danielsville, GA).
