The Red Dragons now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cassadaga Valley for a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus Central battle on Wednesday, January 4. Maple Grove will confront a Cougars team coming off a 50-38 non-league loss to Panama (Panama, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 3-6.
The Golden Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Brocton (Brocton, NY). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Brocton edged Cattaraugus-Little Valley (Cattaraugus, NY), 35-31, in a non-league battle.
