The Hempstead Tigers routed the visiting Freeport Red Devils basketball team by a final score of 75-47 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Hicksville Comets (Hicksville, NY) in a Section 8 AA-1 game, on Friday, January 6. Hempstead will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record.
With the defeat, Freeport moves to 0-2 on the year.
