Harmony Area Owls (Westover, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Northern Cambria Colts (Northern Cambria, PA), 47-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Harmony Area upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Owls travel to Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA) to play the Black Knights/Damsels in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Black Knights/Damsels go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Moshannon Valley lost 75-42 in their recent league bout against West Branch (Morrisdale, PA)

Next up, the Colts play the Cambria Heights Highlanders (Patton, PA) in a Heritage bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Northern Cambria will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Highlanders go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 51-41 non-league loss to Clearfield (Clearfield, PA).
