Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Northwestern trounced by Mercyhurst Prep

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Mercyhurst Prep Lakers basketball team scored a decisive 63-39 triumph over the Northwestern Wildcats.

In their next game, the Lakers meet the Seneca Bobcats (Erie, PA) in a District 10 Region 3 match, on Friday, January 6. Mercyhurst Prep will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Bobcats enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 60-49 non-league win over Fairview (Fairview, PA).
