The Pewitt Brahmas basketball team (Omaha, TX), was overwhelmed 78-32 in Tuesday's league battle with the host New Boston Lions (New Boston, TX)
The Lions now possess a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atlanta for a 3A Region II District 14 battle on Friday, January 6. New Boston will confront a Rabbits team coming off a 59-46 league win over De Kalb (De Kalb, TX). The Rabbits record now stands at 15-5.
The Brahmas (2-18) will now prepare for their battle against Atlanta (Atlanta, TX). The Rabbits come into the 3A Region II District 14 battle with a 15-5 record.
