Texas High School Basketball - South Hills edges North Side

The South Hills Scorpions (Fort Worth, TX) basketball nipped the visiting North Side Steers (Fort Worth, TX), 39-35 in Tuesday's league test.
The Scorpions (4-15) will now prepare for their test against Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX). The Chaparrals go into the 5A Region I District 6 test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Wyatt got by Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX), 66-44, in a league test.
The Steers now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Everman for a 5A Region I District 6 test on Friday, January 6. North Side will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 62-27 league win over Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-9.
