The Orion Chargers (Orion, IL) basketball nipped the visiting Sherrard Tigers (Sherrard, IL), 51-46 in Tuesday's league test.
The Chargers (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Riverdale (Port Byron, IL). The Rams go into the Three Rivers - West test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Riverdale got by Morrison (Morrison, IL), 61-37, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Dixon for a non-league test on Friday, January 13.
