The Sycamore Spartans basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Plano Reapers to 32 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kaneland for a Interstate Eight contest on Friday, January 6. Sycamore will battle a Knights team coming off a 63-43 league win over Morris (Morris, IL). The Knights record now stands at 14-2.

The Reapers (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Morris (Morris, IL). The Redskins enter the Interstate Eight contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, Morris was routed by Kaneland (Maple Park, IL), 63-43, in a league contest.
