Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Windber topples Portage

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA) basketball squad beat the visiting Portage Mustangs (Portage, PA), by a count of 73-64.

The Ramblers (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA). The Indians go into the Western Pennsylvania - Northern outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Conemaugh Township defeated Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA), 61-51, in a league outing.

The Mustangs now hold a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Penns Manor for a Heritage outing on Wednesday, January 4. Portage will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 73-38 non-league loss to Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA). The Comets record now stands at 5-3.
