In Tuesday's league outing, the West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Samuell Spartans (Dallas, TX), by a margin of 75-30.
The Wranglers (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Stallions go into the 5A Region II District 12 outing with a 11-10 record. In their last outing, North Mesquite smashed Conrad (Dallas, TX), 68-30, in a league outing.
The Spartans now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Adams for a 5A Region II District 12 outing on Friday, January 6. Samuell will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 48-45 league win over Seagoville (Dallas, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 11-10.
