The Tremont Turks basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Tri-Valley Vikings to 57 in the Turks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Turks now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley for a Heart of Illinois contest on Friday, January 6. Tremont will meet a Falcons team coming off a 55-30 league win over Fisher (Fisher, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 11-2.
