California High School Basketball - Palma can't hold off Everett Alvarez

The Everett Alvarez Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Palma Chieftains to 49 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alisal for a contest on Wednesday, January 11.
The Chieftains (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Salinas (Salinas, CA). The Cowboys enter the contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Salinas nudged Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA), 48-44, in a non-league contest.
