Evergreen Plainsmen (Vancouver, WA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Prairie Falcons (Vancouver, WA), 51-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Evergreen upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Plainsmen travel to Kelso (Kelso, WA) to clash with the Hilanders in a bout on Thursday, January 5. The Hilanders go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Kelso lost 44-41 in their recent league bout against Mountain View (Vancouver, WA)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Camas Papermakers (Camas, WA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
