Texas High School Basketball - Buckholts ripped by Richards

The Richards Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Buckholts Badgers to 13 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calvert for a 1A Region IV District 29 contest on Friday, January 6. Richards will battle a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 0-4.
The Badgers (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against North Zulch (North Zulch, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Region IV District 29 contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, North Zulch triumphed over Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX), 38-34, in a league contest.
