New York High School Basketball - Cuba-Rushford knocked off by Wellsville

The Wellsville Lions basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Cuba-Rushford Rebels to 42 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.
With the victory, Wellsville upgrades its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Letchworth (Gainesville, NY) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Letchworth lost 47-34 in their recent non-league bout against Keshequa (Nunda, NY)
Next up, the Rebels play the Fillmore Eagles (Fillmore, NY) in a Section 5 Allegany County I bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Cuba-Rushford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
