Notre Dame Academy Tritons (Green Bay, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting De Pere Redbirds (De Pere, WI), 72-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Notre Dame Academy upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Tritons host Manitowoc Lincoln (Manitowoc, WI) to clash with the Ships in a Fox River Classic bout on Thursday, January 5. The Ships go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Manitowoc Lincoln lost 75-53 in their recent league bout against Sheboygan North (Sheboygan, WI)

Next up, the Redbirds clash with the Ashwaubenon Jaguars (Green Bay, WI) in a Fox River Classic bout, on Friday, January 6. De Pere will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 51-30 league win over Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI).
