The Deering Rams basketball team (Portland, ME), was nudged 36-33 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME)
The Red Eddies now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hampden for a AA North battle on Thursday, January 5. Edward Little will battle a Broncos team coming off a 54-37 league win over Lewiston (Lewiston, ME). The Broncos record now stands at 5-3.
The Rams (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Cheverus (Portland, ME). The Stags come into the AA North battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Cheverus edged Scarborough (Scarborough, ME), 67-40, in a non-league battle.
