In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Delhi Charter Gators basketball team scored a good 35-19 triumph over the Downsville Demons.
In their next game, the Gators meet the Delta Charter Storm (Ferriday, LA) in a 1A District 4 match, on Tuesday, January 10. Delhi Charter will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record.
With the defeat, Downsville moves to 4-10 on the year. The Demons host Claiborne Christian (West Monroe, LA) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league match on Thursday, January 5. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 13-3. Claiborne Christian won 46-34 in their recent non-league match against Beekman (Bastrop, LA)
