Maine High School Basketball - Stearns ripped by Dexter

The Dexter Tigers basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Stearns Minutemen to 12 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foxcroft Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Dexter will battle a Ponies team coming off a 49-47 league win over Hermon (Hermon, ME). The Ponies record now stands at 3-3.
The Minutemen (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Piscataquis (Guilford, ME). The Pirates enter the C North contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Piscataquis triumphed over Lee Academy (Lee, ME), 48-22, in a league contest.
