Texas High School Basketball - Utopia ripped by D'Hanis

The D'Hanis Cowboys basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Utopia Buffaloes to 12 in the Cowboys league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cowboys now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nueces Canyon for a 1A Region IV District 31 contest on Friday, January 6. D'Hanis will meet a Panthers team coming off a 67-56 league loss to Rocksprings (Rocksprings, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 12-11.

The Buffaloes (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX). The Panthers enter the 1A Region IV District 31 contest with a 12-11 record.
