The Dinwiddie Generals basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Prince George Royals to 41 in the Generals league victory on Tuesday.

The Generals now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Petersburg for a Central contest on Thursday, January 5. Dinwiddie will battle a Crimson Wave team coming off a 95-13 league loss to Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Crimson Wave record now stands at 2-5.

The Royals (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA). The Warriors come into the Central contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Matoaca prevailed over Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA), 73-19, in a league contest.
