The West Haven Blue Devils basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting East Haven Yellowjackets to 32 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillhouse for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. West Haven will battle a Academics team coming off a 42-35 league loss to Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT). The Academics record now stands at 2-3.
The Yellowjackets (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Amity Regional triumphed over Hillhouse (New Haven, CT), 42-35, in a league contest.
