Oregon High School Basketball - Roosevelt knocked off by Grant

The Grant Generals basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Roosevelt Roughriders to 42 in the Generals league triumph on Tuesday.
The Generals now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a 6A Portland contest on Thursday, January 5. Grant will battle a Democrats team coming off a 56-46 non-league win over Oregon City (Oregon City, OR). The Democrats record now stands at 4-4.
The Roughriders (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cleveland (Portland, OR). The Warriors enter the 6A Portland contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Cleveland was defeated by Benson Tech (Portland, OR), 81-34, in a league contest.
