The South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA) basketball crushed the host Iowa Yellowjackets (Iowa, LA), 46-20 in Tuesday's league test.
The Knights (10-5) will now prepare for their test against DeRidder (DeRidder, LA). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, DeRidder was trounced by Rosepine (Rosepine, LA), 54-11, in a non-league test.
The Yellowjackets now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Westlake for a 3A District 3 test on Friday, January 6. Iowa will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 55-47 league loss to St. Louis Catholic (Lake Charles, LA). The Rams record now stands at 5-6.
