Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH), 57-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Kennett upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Division II bout on Friday, January 6. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Hollis-Brookline won 57-42 in their recent league bout against ConVal (Peterborough, NH)

Next up, the Sachems clash with the Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) in a Division II bout, on Friday, January 6. Laconia will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Sabers go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 42-25 league loss to Hanover (Hanover, NH).
