Texas High School Basketball - Vandegrift can't hold off Manor

The Manor Mustangs basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Vandegrift Vipers to 48 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Round Rock for a 6A Region IV District 25 contest on Friday, January 6. Manor will battle a Dragons team coming off a 58-37 league win over Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 19-5.
The Vipers (6-16) will now prepare for their contest against McNeil (Austin, TX). The Mavericks enter the 6A Region IV District 25 contest with a 14-8 record. In their last contest, McNeil was nudged by Vista Ridge (Cedar Park, TX), 43-20, in a league contest.
