California High School Basketball - Orcutt Academy topples Mission Prep

January 3, 2023: San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

In Tuesday's league outing, the Orcutt Academy Spartans (Orcutt, CA) basketball squad beat the host Mission Prep Royals (San Luis Obispo, CA), by a count of 73-55.

The Spartans (11-2) will now prepare for their outing against St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA). The Knights go into the Central Coast outing with a 12-3 record. In their last outing, St. Joseph defeated Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA), 61-20, in a league outing.

The Royals now hold a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Morro Bay for a Central Coast outing on Friday, January 6. Mission Prep will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 40-25 league loss to Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 8-5.
