Prescott Badgers (Prescott, AZ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mohave Thunderbirds (Bullhead City, AZ), 60-19 in a league bout.

With the win, Prescott upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Badgers travel to Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ) to play the Panthers in a 4A Grand Canyon bout on Thursday, January 5. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Coconino lost 39-29 in their recent non-league bout against Peoria (Peoria, AZ)

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Flagstaff Eagles (Flagstaff, AZ) in a 4A Grand Canyon bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Mohave will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 6-3 record after their 45-41 non-league loss to Downey (Downey, CA).
