The North Allegheny Tigers basketball team (Wexford, PA), was overwhelmed 53-32 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA)
The Knights now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Butler for a WPIAL 6A 1 battle on Thursday, January 5. Norwin will confront a Golden Tornado team coming off a 46-44 league win over Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 6-5.
The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA). The Rams come into the WPIAL 6A 1 battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Pine-Richland trounced Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA), 53-39, in a league battle.
