Old Orchard Beach Seagulls (Old Orchard Beach, ME) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sacopee Valley Hawks (Cornish, ME), 71-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Old Orchard Beach upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Seagulls host Seacoast Christian (South Berwick, ME) to play the Guardians in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Guardians go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Seacoast Christian won 40-24 in their recent league bout against Temple Academy (Waterville, ME)

Next up, the Hawks play the Seacoast Christian Guardians (South Berwick, ME) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Sacopee Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
