The Silver Lake Eagles basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Rossville Bulldogs to 50 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Creek for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Silver Lake will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 36-19 non-league win over Riley County (Riley, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-0.
The Bulldogs (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Riley County (Riley, KS). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Riley County was defeated by Rock Creek (St. George, KS), 36-19, in a non-league contest.
