Georgia High School Basketball - Westover crushes Terrell County

January 3, 2023: Dawson, GA 39842

Westover Patriots (Albany, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Terrell County Greenwave (Dawson, GA), 61-9 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Westover upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Bainbridge (Bainbridge, GA) to clash with the Bearcats in a AAAA Region 1 bout on Friday, January 6. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 0-13. Bainbridge lost 39-29 in their recent non-league bout against Early County (Blakely, GA)

Next up, the Greenwave clash with the Lee County Trojans (Leesburg, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Terrell County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
