Valley Christian Eagles (Missoula, MT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Victor Pirates (Victor, MT), 51-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Seeley-Swan (Seeley Lake, MT) to clash with the Blackhawks in a C District 13 bout on Saturday, January 7. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 5-1. Seeley-Swan lost 57-46 in their recent league bout against Drummond (Drummond, MT)

Next up, the Pirates clash with the Granite Prospectors (Philipsburg, MT) in a C District 13 bout, on Thursday, January 5. Victor will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Prospectors go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 55-17 league win over Darby (Darby, MT).
