Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA), 33-11 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lake Braddock upgrades its record to 1-5 on the season. The Bruins travel to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Alexandria City lost 26-9 in their recent non-league bout against West Springfield (Springfield, VA)

Next up, the Lions clash with the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) in a bout, on Thursday, January 5. Fairfax will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 37-19 non-league loss to Robinson (Fairfax, VA).
