In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC), by a margin of 49-23.
The Grizzlies (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Blue Comets go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Asheboro was trounced by Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 52-10, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to West Davidson for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 10. South Davidson will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 31-23 non-league loss to Ledford (Thomasville, NC). The Dragons record now stands at 1-3.
