Florida High School Soccer - Marco Island Academy nudges Seacrest Country Day

Marco Island Academy Rays (Marco Island, FL) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Seacrest Country Day Stingrays (Naples, FL), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Rays confront the Southwest Florida Christian King's (Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Marco Island Academy will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.

The Stingrays now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Donahue Catholic for a 2A D12 challenge on Friday, January 6. Seacrest Country Day will confront a Shamrocks team coming off a 2-1 league win over Community School of Naples (Naples, FL). The Shamrocks record now stands at 3-3.
