The Novi Wildcats trounced the visiting Brighton Bulldogs ice hockey squad by a count of 8-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

With the victory, Novi moves its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI) to face the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Northville for a Kensington Lakes - Central bout on Thursday, January 5. Brighton will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 4-0 league win over South Lyon (South Lyon, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-1.
