The Parkland Mustangs basketball team (Winston-Salem, NC), was overwhelmed 70-44 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC)

The Eagles now possess a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to R.J. Reynolds for a non-league battle on Friday, January 6. East Forsyth will battle a Demons team coming off a 54-28 non-league win over South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC). The Demons record now stands at 3-5.

The Mustangs (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Reagan (Pfafftown, NC). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Reagan was overwhelmed by East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC), 64-39, in a non-league battle.
