South Carolina High School Basketball - Florence Christian knocked off by Marlboro Academy

The Marlboro Academy Dragons basketball team scored 30 points and held the host Florence Christian Eagles to 18 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Dragons now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maranatha Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 5. Marlboro Academy will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 41-26 non-league loss to Scotland Christian Academy (Laurinburg, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Northside Christian Academy (Lexington, SC). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Northside Christian Academy ran past Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC), 53-35, in a non-league contest.
