North Carolina High School Basketball - Northern Durham ripped by Southern Alamance

In Tuesday's league match, the host Southern Alamance Patriots basketball team scored a decisive 62-41 triumph over the Northern Durham Knights.

In their next game, the Patriots meet the Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 6. Southern Alamance will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 7-2 record after their 46-41 non-league win over East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC).

With the defeat, Northern Durham moves to 1-9 on the year. The Knights host Hillside (Durham, NC) to meet the Hornets in a non-league match on Friday, January 13. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 7-2.
